Pricing for apartments is as follows:
Two Bedroom apartments are
$725/mo.- First floor
$750/mo.- Second floor
$775/mo.- Third floor. These apartments have a gas fireplace.

Three Bedroom apartments are
$850/mo.- First floor
$875/mo.- Second floor
$900/mo.- Third floor. These apartments also have a gas fireplace.

Water and trash are paid for by the apartments. Tenants are responsible for paying gas, electric, and internet/cable (if desired). Coin-op laundry is available on-site.
